That’s disappointing, since I’d hoped Yoda grapes ballet shoe slipper hanging felt piggy bank, embroidered decoration, lost tooth, fairy, money, children, kids, childs, money sav would actually look like the shriveled, fuzzy-headed Jedi master, Maybe if you leave them out long enough, Plus, I would have thought any self-respecting “Star Wars”-related produce would include namana, a fruit native to the planet Bakura which, according to Wookieepedia, was a rich, green-and blue-world — not unlike Alderaan — in the Bakura system of the Shiritoku Spur located on the isolated edge of the Outer Rim, Or maybe gwanda gourds from Endor, varying in shades of blue, pink and purple with a lumpy, bumpy texture and often used by Ewoks to make rattles for the great Wistie Dance at the Festival of the Wisties..

Leslee Warwick, who owns the Barn Owl in Saratoga, challenged businesses and groups in 2013 to make scarecrows that represented what they do to decorate the village. About 20 of them did so, and that number has more than doubled to 50 this year. “There are some that are adorable, and some a bit spooky,” said Warwick, who, of course, has an owl scarecrow in front of her shop. Cinnabar Winery Tasting Room has one holding a glass of wine, La Mere Michele has a chef scarecrow, and there’s a line of gardener scarecrows with flower pots for heads. There’s also a traffic controller, a cat, a skeleton and even a beekeeper.

If you want to check them out, Saratoga’s annual Witchy Walk-A-Bout, taking place along Big Basin Way from 2 to 4 p.m, Saturday, is a great time to do so, Kids are encouraged to dress in costume and trick-or-treat at downtown businesses, This event ballet shoe slipper hanging felt piggy bank, embroidered decoration, lost tooth, fairy, money, children, kids, childs, money sav was started in San Jose in 1997 by artists Rick Moreno and Maria Luisa Colmenarez, It was held at Moreno’s home until moving to the Mexican Heritage Plaza, It didn’t take place last year but has been brought back thanks to the support of Alcario Castellano, with Giant Creative’s Chris Esparza at the helm as executive producer..

TV STAR TO PLAY MITTY SHOW: Archbishop Mitty has comedian Billy Gardell of CBS’ hit “Mike and Molly” performing at this year’s Black and Gold Gala on Nov. 14. And while Gardell is certainly the headliner, anyone who’s been to the event at the Fairmont Hotel knows that the show is stolen annually by the Mitty student performers, dancers and musicians — and they’re worth seeing whether or not you’re part of the Mitty community.

Except for the big finale, the Halloween Spectacular is usually my favorite week on “Dancing With the Stars.” What’s not to like? There were eight celebs and partners doing dances to spooky themes, ballet shoe slipper hanging felt piggy bank, embroidered decoration, lost tooth, fairy, money, children, kids, childs, money sav plus the Team Freestyle dances, which have been incredible in past seasons, Big complaint: did the prop department buy a new smoke machine and want to get its money’s worth on one night? At one point, host Tom Bergeron stepped toward the camera and said, “To the booth — we’re just a little bit of smoke away from this being a radio show!” On a dancing show, the judges want to see the steps and for most of the dances, the smoke covered the floor up to the dancers’ knees..

It was Week 7 and, unfortunately, three couples — Hayes Grier and Emma Slater, Tamar Braxton and Val Chmerkovskiy, and Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas — were in jeopardy by the end of the show. We are now to the point in the show when one by one, good dancers will be sent home because the viewers didn’t vote for them. For Hayes and Emma, who danced well tonight and ended up tied for second place on the leaderboard, tonight was the night they were eliminated. The show was running long and with only 20 seconds left, Tom told Hayes, “You go out on a night when you excelled. You did such great dancing tonight. Any quick thoughts?” Hayes, who was visibly saddened, said, “All of those guys are brilliant people. This meant so much to me,” as his voice broke. And he was seen wiping his eyes when the other dancers surrounded him in a group hug.

Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson performed a great paso doble, especially when he had to use a cape and wear a mask without losing track of the steps, He really worked on the technique and did a good job, but I think he was one of the dancers who benefited from the “smoke screen” on the floor.Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough are clearly the couple to beat for the Mirrorball Trophy, and tonight was no exception, Bindi turned on ballet shoe slipper hanging felt piggy bank, embroidered decoration, lost tooth, fairy, money, children, kids, childs, money sav her fierce side (who knew?) and pulled off an Argentine tango that was terrific, The judges thought she did well and Carrie Ann Inaba even rose to her feet to proclaim, “All hail, the Queen of Darkness!” The perfect score of 30 was the reward for great dancing. My third choice was not in the top scores, but really figured out the competition, I think, Alek Skarlotos and Lindsay Arnold performed a Viennese waltz that reminded the judges of the way Alek danced at the start of the season, He improved in so many ways — better facial expressions, more determination — and scored two 8s and a 9 for his efforts..
